We hope that you will find the barefoot shoes you order absolutely perfect. However for whatever reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs. Products need to be returned within 30 days of purchase, in an unworn condition.

On the Royal Mail website, you will be asked to enter the retailer ‘Draper of Glastonbury’ and supply your order number.
Alternatively, we provide a free tracked returns label with all orders via Royal Mail post, so simply put this on the outside of the parcel and send it back to us at:
