All UK orders are sent via Tracked Royal Mail services. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.

UK Free Returns:
We hope that you will find the barefoot shoes you order absolutely perfect. However for whatever reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs. Products need to be returned within 30 days of purchase, in an unworn condition.

On the Royal Mail website, you will be asked to enter the retailer ‘Draper of Glastonbury’ and supply your order number.
Alternatively, we provide a free tracked returns label with all orders via Royal Mail post, so simply put this on the outside of the parcel and send it back to us at:

And include a filled out returns form inside of the parcel, or a note including your name, address and telephone number, and what you require to happen and why.
Christmas gifts can be bought from 1st October and returned until end of January.

Returns are not free of charge. You may return your order within 30 days and we will refund you for your order including original postage charges, excluding returns postage. The returns postage needs to be paid by you, and you can send it back however you choose.
